Our Review
Tempus Two is a mix of Latin (Tempus means time) and English. It has been a major success story: production was just 6000 dozen in '97 with sales increasing by over 140% in the early '20s. Its cellar door and restaurant complex (including the Oishii Japanese restaurant) are situated at the striking Roche Estate. -JAMES HALLIDAY
