Richard Carn has established 9ha of colombard, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and shiraz on two vineyard sites, and has the wine contract-made. In a relatively short time, exports to England have been established, and the cellar door offers light meals, barbecue and picnic facilities. -JAMES HALLIDAY
