Our Review
Hamish MacGowan took the virtual winery idea to its ultimate conclusion with a single steak-friendly wine (Angus the Bull Cabernet Sauvignon). The range has since been extended to include the Wee Angus Merlot and a single-vineyard Heathcote wine called Black Angus. Each year parcels of grapes are selected from several sites across Central Victoria in a multi-regional blending approach designed to minimise vintage variation. -JAMES HALLIDAY
