This year, we launched Halliday Spirits to shine a light on the world-class drinks being crafted by Australian distilleries. We enlisted the help of new Halliday tasters Fred Siggins and Jess Clayfield to review spirits from across the country, scoring them out of 100 (just like we do with all our wine reviews).
