2018 Robert Stein Mudgee Riesling

Jacob Stein says: "The fruit used in our riesling is from 40- to 47-year-old Mudgee region vineyards. The wine breathes lime juice and citrus aromas, a crisp and racy finish, with a slight touch of sweetness to balance the natural acidity."

2016 Gooree Park Crowned Glory Cabernet Sauvignon

Gavin Choi says: "This is an intense and dark red wine; a dominant blackcurrant cabernet sauvignon aroma, with a background of vanilla oak and cinnamon. The rich berry flavours carry through onto the palate, giving the wine great length of flavour."

2016 Bunnamagoo Reserve 1827 Estate Chardonnay

Robert Black says: "Our chardonnay is made from handpicked fruit from the Rockley Vineyard. Chilled whole bunches were gently pressed, and the juice was fermented in a mixture of new and old French and Hungarian oak hogsheads where it remained on lees for nine months."
