Capturing the essence of the contemporary, it balances a persistent gin character with the addition of Australian botanicals. The nutty warmth of the wattleseed creates a sophisticated, linear flavour that carries throughout. Used with consideration, the botanicals don’t overwhelm the established gin profile, but rather lift it and encourage each botanical to shine. This gin is well structured, with the nose flowing well into the plush palate and then into the finish, with no disjointed character; it feels like a well-thought-out, whole product. Its deep, woody character lightens up towards the finish to allow for the bright citrus notes to shine and lighten it up.
