Ambra Limoncello Cream
Limoncello Cream takes Ambra's classic lemon spirit and gives it the Bailey's treatment, turning it into a lemon cream liqueur – a rarity among Australian producers, but not at all uncommon in Italy. More subtle on the nose than the straight Limoncello, but more giving than the Cappuccino cream; as with all of Ambra's products, the aromas here are entirely natural, showing a laudable dedication to real ingredients over artificial flavourings. Here, again, we see the presence of real dairy and real lemon playing in harmony, without any of the somewhat sharp spirit notes of the straight Limoncello. Ambra has absolutely nailed the brief here, and I think this product has achieved exactly what it sets out to do in an easy-drinking, all-natural limoncello cream.
