Marionette

Marionette is Australia's premier modern producer of fruit liqueurs. Taking an incredibly hands-on approach, they work with Australian farmers to source the best fruit at the height of its season and treat their products with genuine care and attention. Never relying on artificial, lab-isolated, concentrated or otherwise commercially produced flavouring, every bottle is brimming with natural fruit character. They’re also much less reliant on sugar than most commercial liqueurs, instead letting the quality of the ingredients and the base spirits they use speak for themselves. As such, products like their Orange Curacao, Apricot Brandy and Cassis have become go-to products for Australia’s craft cocktail bars.
