A swirl of mango lassi, pineapple and bergamot. Honeycomb, orange rind and glacé pear. Subtle notes of nutmeg and white pepper. There is real consideration here for balance and harmony and it is achieved in an awe-inspiring way. Citrus dances and golden-hued fruit shines in the sunshine. Botrytis is squeaky clean and fragrant with a sessionability about the whole drinking experience. This is outstanding value and quality. A thrilling example of the magic of botrytis semillon in this country. – Shanteh Wale
