First Creek Wines is the family business of Greg Silkman (managing director and winemaker), son Shaun Silkman (chief operating officer and winemaker) and Shaun’s wife, Liz (née Jackson, chief winemaker). The quality of the wines has been consistently exemplary and there is every reason to believe this will continue in the years to come. Associated business First Creek Winemaking Services is the main contract winemaker operating in the Hunter Valley. The cellar door is open 7 days 10am-5pm – bookings are encouraged but walk ins welcome. A full range of Wine Experiences are on offer for booking ranging from $10 to $75 (for the Halliday Experience). A new partnership with Entwine Food Trail has a chef led food truck offering available every Thursday to Sunday.
