Our Review
Griff and Rosie Cupitt run a combinedwinery, restaurant, brewery, fromagerie and farm. Rosie studied oenology at CSU and has more than a decade of vintage experience, taking in France and Italy. The Cupitts have 3ha of vines centred on sauvignon blanc and semillon, and also source fruit from Hilltops, Tumarumba, Orange, the Yarra Valley and Canberra District. Sons Wally and Tom now lead the business, as winemaker and general manager respectively. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Information
Step inside the Cupitt’s Winery cellar door and you know you’re in for a special experience. Housed inside a historic stone creamery, which dates back to 1851, the cellar door is open 7 days.
Try our boutique wines and allow yourself to be tempted by the range of morsels on offer, including estate-made cheeses, grazing boards and gourmet pizza in the al fresco dining area or book into the restaurant for a paddock-to-plate dining experience.
There is also a cheese and wine-tasting experience for $45 per person. Book online.
