Our Review
Corang Estate belongs yo Michael and Jill Bynon. Michael has been in the wine industry for 30 years, attending Roseworthy Agricultural College and moving from a marketing career to the senior corporate ranks. He passed the master of wine tasting examination. Jill spent much time in France before moving to Australia from her native Scotland in ‘03. It was here that she met Michael, and having bought a bush block and erected a small house, they planted 0.5ha each of shiraz and tempranillo in ’18. They also purchase grapes from high-elevation vineyards comparable to that of their own, which is at 600m. -JAMES HALLIDAY
