Matt Thomson leads the winemaking, applying his scientific expertise, while his partner, Sophie Parker-Thomson MW, manages general operations and everything that entails. With over 62 harvests between them, along with the dedication required to earn those prestigious initials after their names, Blank Canvas is poised for greatness. Blank Canvas produces sustainable, single-vineyard wines in small batches. These bottlings reflect the unique character of each site, whether in Marlborough, Hawke's Bay, or Central Otago.
