Our Review
This cleverly named business (an evolution of the previous name, Souled Out) is owned by winemakers Jason Searle and William Downie. After many years of friendship they decided to make wines from suitable Victorian regions at affordable prices, that upheld a sense of place more than convention. -JAMES HALLIDAY
