The Tipperary Estate vineyard, planted to shiraz (1ha), verdelho and viognier (0.5ha each), has been established high on the northern slopes overlooking the Barambah Valley. Additional grapes are purchased from other growers in the South Burnett region. -JAMES HALLIDAY
