Atze's Corner Wines

South Australia | Barossa Valley

Our Review

The Kalleske family has widespread involvement in grapegrowing and winemaking in the Barossa Valley. This venture is that of Andrew Kalleske, son of John and Barb. In 1975 they purchased the Atze Vineyard, which included a small block of shiraz planted in 1912, but with additional plantings along the way, including more shiraz in 1951. There are smaller plantings of mataro, petit verdot, grenache, cabernet, tempranillo, viognier, petite sirah, graciano, montepulciano, vermentino and aglianico. The wines are all estate-grown and made onsite. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Cellar Door

Enjoy an experience like no other inside our winery on a raised tasting floor in amongst the wine barrels. Taste through our iconic Shiraz wines and try something a bit different from our alternative varietal wines. A Cellar Door also includes a vineyard terrace which sits above the 100 year old vineyard and has the most incredible sunset views. Our award-winning wines are best enjoyed amongst wine barrels with local produce platters.
