Running With Bulls

Running With Bulls is the Hill-Smith Family's foray into value- and flavour-packed, Spanish-inspired wines under the helmsmanship of winemaker Sam Wigan. These ‘alternative’ varieties are well suited to the Barossa Valley. Running With Bulls have consistently released excellent wines every year – full of character and inherent drinkability while remaining strong to their Barossa roots. Think contemporary riffs on tempranillo and garnacha (grenache) and you are on the right track. They suggest their red wines, with their light tannin loads, can be enjoyed in the warmer months. -DAVE BROOKES
