Our Review
The Lost Buoy Vineyard is perched high on the cliffs at Port Willunga in McLaren Vale, overlooking the Gulf of St Vincent. The 6.5ha ‘home block’ is planted to grenache and shiraz, the region’s foundation varieties. The shiraz, grenache and rosé are made from estate-grown grapes, while the sauvignon blanc is sourced from the Adelaide Hills. The brand was purchased by Savitas Wines in ’18 and all the wines are now made by Matt O’Leary. -JAMES HALLIDAY
