Our Review
The original Prince Albert vineyard operated from 1857 to 1882, and was re-established on the same site by Bruce Hyett in 1975 (Bruce passed away in Feb 2013, aged 89). In ’07 Dr David Yates, with a background based on a degree in chemistry, purchased the pinot noir-only venture. David is committed to retaining certified organic status for Prince Albert, and sees no reason to change the style of the wine, which he has always loved. Exports to the UK. -JAMES HALLIDAY
