Our Review
After making wine on the Mornington Peninsula for other people for 20 years, Michael Kyberd finally got around to starting a brand, with his wife Nicolette and friends Kim and David Wilson as partners. Starting with a combination of leased vineyard and purchased grapes, and focussing on pinot noir and chardonnay, the plan is to plant a vineyard on their property in Red Hill. The winemaking style is gentle with minimal extraction and intervention, purity is the desired outcome. Hopefully such words as folly and regret will disappear from their conversation in less than a decade. -JAMES HALLIDAY
