Our Review
With its sweeping views across to the snow-clad alps, this is uncompromising cool-climate viticulture. Increasing vine age (first plantings in '68, others between ’84–2011) and the adoption of organic (and partial biodynamic) viticulture, have also played a role in providing the red wines with more depth and texture. The white wines are all wild-yeast fermented and are as good as ever. -JAMES HALLIDAY

Food
Information
Delatite has just opened a state of the art, multimillion dollar cellar door 60 pax dining room. The menu is casual yet considered. It reflects the seasons, using local suppliers where possible and if not, suppliers that align with their values. Fruit, vegetables and herbs are tended to in our permaculture gardens; we envisage chefs dashing from the kitchen to select the freshest of ingredients directly from the garden.
The grounds also feature 3 private picnic areas. Bookings for all dining options highly recommended.
