Our Review
Michael Unwin, a veteran of over 30 vintages, learned the art of winemaking around the world with some of the most influential and forward-thinking winemakers of the time. The winery location was chosen because it is the geographical centre of the best viticultural areas in Western Victoria. The grapes come from vineyards in the Pyrenees:Grampians and Henty regions. In all, approximately 2ha of shiraz and 1ha each of cabernet sauvignon, sangiovese, barbera, durif, riesling and chardonnay are grown or contracted. -JAMES HALLIDAY
