Our Review
Three generations of the Barreca family have been involved in winemaking, first in Italy and ultimately in Donnybrook. Third-generation Tony Barreca sold his orchard in 1994, using the proceeds to buy the site upon which he has since established 32ha planted to a Joseph's coat of 11 different varieties. Most of the grapes are sold under contract, but a small, modern winery onsite produces a limited amount of wine. -JAMES HALLIDAY
