Our Review
Mike and Callum Garland are behind Denmark-based Fervor, which they launched in ’21 as a way to stay connected when the pandemic shut state borders (Callum was working for Lethbridge in Geelong at the time). Although the initial releases were made independently, today the father-and-son duo work side-by-side, drawing on their Italian heritage and some of Great Southern’s top sites for their smart and exceedingly drinkable range of wines. -HALLIDAY TEAM
