Our Review
Bought in ’23 by the Endeavour Group, Cape Mentelle has had its fair share of ups and downs over the years – here’s hoping for stability and further fine-tuning of its wines long into the future. A pioneer of Margaret River, it offers a memorable cellar-door experience, plus its well-established gardens and grounds are a delight. Worth a detour. And each year, it hosts the excellent International Cabernet Tasting. -JANE FAULKNER
