Our Review
Cape Naturaliste Vineyard has a long and varied history going back 150 years, when it was a coaching inn for travellers journeying between Perth and Margaret River. Later it became a dairy farm and in '70 a mining company purchased it, intending to extract nearby mineral sands. The government stepped in and declared the area a national park, whereafter in ’80 Craig Brent-White purchased the property. The vineyard is planted to cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, merlot, semillon and sauvignon blanc, and is run on an organic and biodynamic basis with little or no irrigation. Exports to the UK, the US, and Canada. -JAMES HALLIDAY
